April goings on and baby stuff!

I feel like the time is flying by right now! It's crazy to me how quickly this spring is going by especially with all the events that are coming up. Sarah's wedding is a month away from today and there is so much happening between now and then! This weekend is Mother's Day and a shower I'm throwing on Saturday, the next weekend we travel to New Mexico for Gracie's graduation and a week with the family. Josh and I fly home separately the next weekend because I go home early for Sarah's church shower. That Monday is Memorial Day AND our second anniversary. The week to follow includes Sarah's bachelorette, my birthday, and then the next week is the wedding. WOW! I can hardly believe it. Hopefully there will be pictures to come of all that, so for now here's what's gone on recently!

Me at about 3.5 months

Dad took me out for lunch one day, we hit up a local Indian food restaurant. It was so good and I thoroughly enjoyed time with him! He also took me to fill up propane tanks for our grill, and we had a couple fun times jump starting his truck.

Josh and I started teaching Sunday School to the 4-7's at our church. This lesson was about Jesus healing the blind man so we did an object lesson. We're loving our time with these little guys!

Auntie and Ryan came out for Spring Break and as always we had a great time!

One of my first attempts to get a shot of the belly... (4ish months)

Easter Sunday!

Josh went to New Mexico for a weekend and I had the sibs over for a sleepover!

Josh and Josh doing guy stuff!

Yogurtland!

The rest are from today. This one was after my run, I'm trying to stay in good shape while I'm pregnant!

About 21 weeks

I won't bore you all with too many details, but if you think of it you could shoot me a prayer. I'm having a lot of grief dealing with the insurance company and medical group regarding my ultrasound. It's been 4 weeks since my doctor's appointment and so 4 weeks since I've begun this battle. Still working to try and get an approval (Which now needs to be changed because I'm in a different stage of pregnancy then when the dr first made the request) and hopefully that can happen within the next week or so. It would be so wonderful to finally see the baby and make sure everything is as it should be, and also find out the gender so we can stop saying "it" all the time.

But I am feeling so well! I'm so thankful to God for having His hand on me and the baby. We feel so loved and supported by everyone around us and sometimes when people ask how I'm doing I wish I had something more interesting to reply than, "Good!" But good is great I guess and I hope the rest of my pregnancy is as uneventful as the first half has been!
