This past weekend Josh and I were blessed to be able to go camping with both of our families over a small portion of Spring Break. We met up in Picacho Peak State Park which is close to halfway between Cerritos and Las Cruces. We had a really fun camping trip only missing two kids per family which is quite a feet. We really miss Matt, Ari, Sarah, and Annie!
Setting up the day we got there was pretty crazy because it was quite windy. This night was so windy most of us were awake past two worrying about whether or not our tents would blow away. Fortunately the rest of the weather was much more mild.
We did a traditional Reber/Rupprecht wood stacking line!
On Saturday we went to my grandparents favourite sky diving camp and watched people fall from the sky! It was really neat seeing them drop from the plane and land on the green.
We then had lunch at a sit-down restaurant...odd for camping!
We visited the Casa Grande ruins!
We got to watch a documentary where almost everyone fell asleep...

We saw this beautiful park on the way to shooting and decided it would be the perfect place to have dinner! A cool grassy relief from thorns and dryness.
On Tuesday we spent some time with Grama & Campo while Nate and Dad climbed Picacho Peak. This was our 10 month anniversary. =)
