Softball???

Josh and I recently joined the softball team at our church, we're coming into it int he middle of the season but are very excited to do something active! I have never played softball in my life and have only played like two games of baseball at church or something ever! We had our first game the other night and it was really fun. Josh and I did some batting at the batting cages before to warm up and threw a little but I felt a little unprepared. I got put on first base and made a few good catches I'm sure due to beginner's luck. I feel like it went downhill from there even though my encouraging team said I did a great job. (How wonderful to play with gracious people!) We lost 4-12 but apparently the team slaughtered the last people they played against so I didn't feel too bad about that. I'm looking forward to more games and hopefully improving my playing skills. At the least having a good time and getting some exercise!
