Pizza Rolls

On Monday night I decided to look in my Better Homes and Gardens magazine for some dinner ideas and these pizza rolls looked really delicious! So I decided to make them and they turned out pretty well. I forgot to take a picture of the final product but the ingredients looked pretty and yummy. We ended up taking them over to Bryan & Kim's and having dinner and a movie over there so it was a very nice evening.

For once I didn't kill the yeast!

Sauce! Roma and cherry tomatoes, minced and crushed garlic,

Parmesan cheese, lemon rind, olive oil, and sea salt.

We had a wonderful time with some family near Phoenix last weekend. We went swimming, bowling, went to a water park and got stormed out in the late afternoon and given tickets for a free evening there, played volleyball, watched a couple movies, and just had a nice time with family! I am so blessed to be able to do things like this with people I love.
