It's been a while! I have no idea where to start so I'll do what I usually try to do and let the pictures fill you in.
In March we had a bridal shower for Sarah. This was for family members and friends who won't be included in her church shower. It was a fun shower thrown by myself, Hope, and Mom! (With lots of help from Aunt Liz, Grandma Janet, and others.) One special part about the day was that Sam's mom was able to be there since she and Dr. Kolkow were in town for a conference. She got a chance to meet a lot of Sarah's relatives and friends!
Aunt Liz brought an apron for everyone to leave a note on for Sarah and she can treasure through the hundreds of meals she will cook in her married life!
Aunt Liz also gave a very fun devotion with lots of around the kitchen visual aids. I loved this shot of her supplies, her cute shoes, and Abby's little feet.
The last card game pouch Aunt Cherrie will make for the great grand nieces/nephews!
(This picture is out of order, but from later in the day when some wedding invitations were being made.)
We had family over that night to enjoy having some of Sam's family in town.
At the end of March on a Saturday morning we had a family yard work day.
We all pulled together to get a lot done!
March 31 - I'm a little over three months pregnant. Can you tell???
A couple days ago we celebrated Mom's birthday! Her sister is in town from Washington with her son on spring break and it has been fun to be with them this week. On Wednesday we also had some other extended family over for dessert and celebrating Mom's birthday.

Just a brief update on myself:
I had my first doctor's appointment yesterday and it went well! I had some blood drawn today so I will be anxious to hear what the results are in a few weeks. My doctor is going to schedule an ultrasound for me early next week! I doubt we will be able to find out the gender this time, so we'll probably have to wait until the next time. I also found out that I'm about 17 weeks along unlike the 14 I thought so that's...different! Nice in certain ways, but also scary as I feel like my due date is just around the corner. O_O
Just for a little baby fun, here is a video I put together of us telling our families about the baby. This includes my immediate family, Josh's immediate family, and my dad's extended side of the family.
Hope you enjoy it!
